Loss of RANK signaling prevents or attenuates mammary tumorigenesis, induces tumor cell apoptosis and/or differentiation, reduces recurrence and metastasis in Rank+ mouse mammary tumors, and enhances tumor immunity (Gonzalez‐Suarez et al, 2010; Schramek et al, 2010; Nolan et al, 2016; Yoldi et al, 2016; Gómez‐Aleza et al, 2020).
