There was no statistical difference in 90‐day recurrent stroke among three groups (7.06% [51/722] DAPT versus 7.57% [19/251] intravenous t‐PA; aOR, 0.88; 95% CI, 0.49 to 1.57; p = 0.67; 6.78% [29/428] aspirin versus 7.57% [19/251] intravenous t‐PA; aOR, 0.88; 95% CI, 0.47 to 1.66; p = 0.70, respectively) (Table 2).
