According to KEGG pathway and GO enrichment analyses, the “MAPK signaling pathway,” “TCR signaling pathway,” “TNF signaling pathway,” and “ErbB signaling pathway” were the most significant KEGG pathways enriched for kinases inhibiting phagocytosis; in contrast, “mTOR signaling,” “insulin signaling,” “Fc γ R-mediated phagocytosis,” “VEGF signaling,” “central carbon metabolism in cancer,” “HIF-1 signaling,” “regulation of actin cytoskeleton,” and “NF-κ B signaling” were significant pathways for kinases enhancing glial phagocytosis (Fig 5B and Table S11).
