The parameters of sex, tumor depth, lymph node metastasis and CRP levels were significantly associated with overall survival, as determined using the log-rank test (Table II), whereas the SCC-Ag, p53-Ab, and s-WDR1-Ab levels were only partly, but not significantly associated with the overall survival (P<0.066, 0.063 and 0.078, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
