Compared to WPAD patients, PAD patients had a higher prevalence of hypertension (P < 0.05), and showed significantly increased levels of age, diabetes duration, systolic blood pressure (SBP), urea, creatinine (Cr), C-reactive protein (CRP), RC, neutrophils, monocytes, NLR, MLR, and PHR (P < 0.05), and showed significantly decreased levels of diastolic blood pressure (DBP), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), eGFR, HDL-C, and lymphocytes (P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and peripheral arterial disease.
