The ten key genes we obtained, LOXL1-AS1, A1BG-AS1, FTX, LINC00893, LINC00894, HCG25, RUSC1-AS1, DBH-AS1, RAMP2-AS1, and PVT1, may become potential therapeutic targets for the future treatment of inflammation in type 2 diabetes, and these findings will help us better understand the potential mechanisms of lncRNAs in the prevention of diabetic inflammation. The gene discussed is LOXL1; the disease is type 2 diabetes mellitus.
