The largest multi-peptide pulsed DC vaccine study is the phase II study of ICT-107, an autologous DC vaccine targeting six antigens on both tumor and cancer stem cells including HLA-A1–restricted, melanoma-associated antigen-1 (MAGE-1) and antigen isolated from immunoselected melanoma-2 (AIM-2), and the HLA-A2–restricted, human EGFR-2 (HER2/neu), tyrosinase-related protein-2 (TRP-2), glycoprotein 100 (gp100), and IL13 receptor alpha 2 (IL13Rα2). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and cancer.
