The innate-like B cells (including B1 cells and marginal-zone B cells) with autoreactive B-cell receptor (BCR) expression contributed to the development of SLE, especially in the autoantibody production and inflammation cytokine secretion (Carnrot et al., 2011; Vinuesa and Chang, 2013; Ma et al., 2019). This evidence concerns the gene BCR and systemic lupus erythematosus.
