Similar to the results of all patients in this study, AFP-positive patients with a high HLA-DR+ T cell ratio are more likely to have a high T cell ratio (P=0.001), a high CD8+ T cell ratio (P=0.020), and a low B cell ratio (P=0.022) in Table 7, but AFP-negative HCC patients with a high HLA-DR+ T cell ratio are more likely to have a high CD8+T cell ratio (P=0.007) in Table 8. This evidence concerns the gene AFP and hepatocellular carcinoma.
