To systemically study the role of GINS2 in osteosarcoma (OS), we analyzed the protein levels of GINS2 in 59 OS tissues with 8 normal tissues by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and found that the protein levels of GINS2 are significantly elevated in OS tissues (P < 0.01, Figures 1(a) and 1(b)). The gene discussed is GINS2; the disease is osteosarcoma.
