IL27 and Bloom syndrome: In conclusion, our study shows that IL-27 upregulates MEG3 expression by inhibiting DNMT1-mediated lncRNA MEG3 promoter methylation, which in turn inhibits the ERK/p38 signaling pathway to induce autophagy to attenuate BLM-induced PF, that provides help to elucidate the potential mechanism by which IL-27 attenuates PF.
