The results demonstrated that inhibitors targeting the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway, including dactolisib (pan-class I PI3K & mTOR inhibitor, Cor = −0.833, P = 0.015), GDC-0068 (pan-Akt inhibitor, Cor = −0.764, P = 0.027) and rapamycin (mTOR inhibitor, Cor = −0.747, P = 0.033), might be useful for the treatment of NSCLC patients with low ARID1A expression. Here, AKT1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
