Wang Y et al. analyzed the data of 20,128 patients from 125 clinical trials using PD-1 and PD-L1 to treat cancers from October 1, 2017 to December 15, 2018, and the results showed that among all patients, the adverse reaction with the highest incidence was fatigue (18.26%) and the incidence of CIP was 2.79%.The most common adverse reactions of patients with CIP G3 or above were fatigue (0.89%), anemia (0.78%), elevation of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) (0.75%), and the incidence of CIP was 0.67% [6].
