CD8A and colorectal carcinoma: Similarly, ssGSEA showed that the ratios of infiltrated CD8+ T cells, dendritic cells, NK cells, TH1 cells, and TH2 cells were notably higher in the low-risk group (all P < 0.05) (Fig. 11E, F); moreover, the ratio of infiltrated resting NK cells was closely related to the OS of patients with CRC, which was significantly worse with an increased infiltration of resting NK cells (Fig. 11G).
