Of these, we found that fewer than 20 cases of germline ATM pathogenic variants have been associated with biliary tract carcinoma, uterine carcinoma, small bowel carcinoma, or sarcoma, while we identified 95 cases of lung adenocarcinoma and 32 cases of renal cell carcinoma associated with germline ATM pathogenic variants. The gene discussed is ATM; the disease is uterine carcinoma.
