Major findings were as follows: (1) Although LVEF at 36 months was similar between the Maintain-RAASi group and the Stop-RAASi group, NT-proBNP level at 36 months was the lowest in the Maintain-RAASi group among the 3 groups; (2) the Stop-RAASi group had a significantly higher cumulative incidence of all-cause death, MI, or HF readmission compared with the Maintain-RAASi group; and (3) cumulative incidence of all-cause death, MI, or HF readmission in the Stop-RAASi group was similar with that of RAASi-Not-Used group. Here, NPPB is linked to hydrops fetalis.
