APOA1 and familial hypercholesterolemia: Taking into account the reference values for serum lipids of pregnant women [1] and the assumption of dyslipidemia ≤ 5th or ≥ 95th percentile, 49 mothers had hypercholesterolemia (≥ 8.99 mmol/l), 61 had too low HDL cholesterol concentrations (≤ 1.34 mmol/l), 32 too high LDL cholesterol levels (≥ 6.13 mmol/l), 100 a hypertriglyceridemia (≥ 3.75 mmol/l), 23 too low ApoA1 concentrations (≤ 1.65 g/l) and 28 too high ApoB levels (≥ 1.94 g/l).
