analyzed both CTLA4 and PD-L1 expression in GCTs: albeit they found high rates of CTLA-4 and PD-L1 expression in GCTs (96.3% and 85.5%, respectively), no significant correlations were demonstrated either between CTLA-4 expression and the GCT characteristics, such as IGCCCG grouping, rete testis or lymphovascular invasion, staging, nor between CTLA-4 intensity and recurrence-free survival (RFS) (p = 0.934). The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is granular cell tumor.
