We started with six near-diploid human cell lines that comprise three categories: myeloid leukemia (diploidized HAP1 -[referred to here as dipHAP1] and EEB), colorectal cancer (HCT116 and DLD1), and epithelial noncancer (hTERT-RPE1 and hTERT-HME1). This evidence concerns the gene HAP1 and myeloid leukemia.
