Among females with breast cancer as their first cancer diagnosis (n = 2687), 14.3% (n = 383) had a PV in a BC risk gene, 10.5% (n = 282) had a PV in an OC risk gene, and 1.5% (n = 41) with a PV in a MMR gene (Fig. 4). The gene discussed is MRC1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
