Glutaminolysis has been reported to control Th17 differentiation in mice (Xia et al, 2020; Miao et al, 2021) and in agreement herewith it has been shown that also the Th17 cells in psoriasis display increased glutaminolysis, likely through increased GLS1 expression (Johnson et al, 2018; Kono et al, 2018). This evidence concerns the gene GLS and psoriasis.
