CD8+ TMs expressing CCL5 and GZMA, MAIT (mucosal‐associated invariant T) cells expressing TCF7 and PLAC8, and CD4+ TNs (Naïve T cells) expressing CCR7 appeared in paratumour tissues, while CD4+ISG+ T cells expressing ISG15/20 and CD8+ TNs expressing TCF7 only appeared in tumour tissues (Figures 4A, B, C and S3B, E). The gene discussed is CCL5; the disease is neoplasm.
