Similarly, mRNA expression of IL-1β and IL-6 was upregulated to 2.4 ± 0.7-fold (p < 0.05, Figure 3(b)) and 3 ± 1-fold (p < 0.05, Figure 3(c)) after CRS and the protein expression was increased to 2.8 ± 0.3-fold (p < 0.01, Figure 3(e)) and 8.2 ± 2.2-fold (p < 0.01, Figure 3(f)), respectively.
