We could see that ARHGEF9 was lowly expressed in most tumors, indicating that ARHGEF9 acted as a tumor suppressor gene in most tumors like BLCA (bladder urothelial carcinoma), BRCA (breast invasive carcinoma), COAD (colon adenocarcinoma), and ESCA (esophageal carcinoma). Here, ARHGEF9 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
