ARHGEF9 and neoplasm: We could see that ARHGEF9 was lowly expressed in most tumors, indicating that ARHGEF9 acted as a tumor suppressor gene in most tumors like BLCA (bladder urothelial carcinoma), BRCA (breast invasive carcinoma), COAD (colon adenocarcinoma), and ESCA (esophageal carcinoma).
