The results in Figure 1A show that ALV-J gp85 mRNA levels in ALV-J-infected DF-1 cells were significantly higher than those in the control group at 12, 24, 36 and 48 hpi, and gradually increased with the increase in infection time; meanwhile, ALV P27 antigen titers in the cells supernatant were also significantly higher than those in the control group up to the higher values (0.76 ± 0.08) at 48 hpi (Figure 1B).
