We observed the effect of the combination on the primary cells from AML patients with different genetic abnormalities, MLL-AF6 rearrangement (patient I), AML1-ETO fusion gene co-existed with c-Kit mutation (patient II), R/R AML with FLT3-ITD mutation (Patient III), AML secondary to CMML (CMML-blast phase, CMML-BP) with complex karyotype and EZH2, RUNX1and SETBP1 mutations (Patient IV). Here, KMT2A is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
