On multivariable binary logistic regression, Low HALP was shown to significantly predict poor NAC response (HR 0.518, 95% CI: 0.365–0.734, p < 0.001) when adjusting for TNM Stage III, lymph node metastasis, tumor size, and other hematological markers, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio. This evidence concerns the gene NAT10 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
