Similarly, in this study, we first analyzed the expression of the MYL5 gene between pan-cancer and normal tissues, finding that by analyzing the data of the Oncomine database, compared with corresponding normal tissues, MYL5 were underexpressed in breast cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, head and neck cancer, and leukemia, but were highly expressed in kidney cancer. This evidence concerns the gene MYL5 and breast carcinoma.
