MYL5 and breast cancer: The bar chart of KEGG pathways analysis from the LinkedOmics database revealed that coexpression genes of MYL5 are mainly involved in ribosome, oxidative phosphorylation, arachidonic acid metabolism, cell cycle, etc. mRNA surveillance pathway might be mainly involved in the effect of coexpression genes of MYL5 on breast cancer pathogenesis (Figure 9(i)).
