As shown in Table 2, we found that in ER-negative or HER2-negative breast cancer patients, high-expression MYL5 was conducive to prolong the overall survival (OS) and relapse-free survival (RFS), and, in ER-positive or HER2-positive breast cancer patients, there was only longer RFS in MYL5 high-expression group than the low-expression group.
