According to our network pharmacological prediction of the NF-κB signaling pathway and the biological published effect mechanisms involving the NF-κB signaling pathway and TLR4 receptor, targets in the TLR4/NF-κB p65 pathway involving TLR4, CD14, MyD88, and NF-κB p65 were selected as the key targets in our study to observe the treatment of HZOL in ALI. Here, MYD88 is linked to acute respiratory distress syndrome.
