In addition to the typical ones, including naïve T cells (TN), central memory T cells (TCM), effector memory T cells (TEM), recently activated effector memory or effector T cells (TEMRA/TEFF, designated TEMRA hereafter), gamma delta T cells, tumor-Treg cells, and exhausted T (Tex) cells, we also identified two virus-responsive cell clusters, with the CD3-IFI6 and CD3-IGHA1 clusters expressing some markers of type I interferon-stimulated genes. The gene discussed is IFI6; the disease is neoplasm.
