In this study, we found that TSPAN7 expression was negatively associated with several immune checkpoints related genes, such as PDCD1, CTLA4, HAVCR2, CD276, CD80, IDO1 and LGALS3, suggesting that TSPAN7 plays a synergistic role with those immune checkpoints during the progression of GBM. The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is glioblastoma.
