To reveal underlying mechanism of TSPAN7 in glioma, we performed enrichment analysis and found that low expression of TSPAN7 was associated with response to oxidative stress, regulation of MAPK, cell population of proliferation, response to tumor necrosis factor, regulation of cell migration, negative regulation of programmed cell death and angiogenesis, which were consistent with our cell functional experiments. Here, TSPAN7 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
