In these 33 IBD patients, immunomodulator combination therapy was identified as the crucial factor that significantly influenced the regain of clinical remission [OR (95% CI) 23.00 (4.46–171.14); P = 7.3 × 10−5], ADA clearance [OR 4.71 (1.16–21.98); P = 0.030], and regain of clinical remission along with the pharmacokinetic response [OR 5.57 (1.23–34.43); P = 0.025] in univariable logistic regression analyses (Table 3).
