GPT and Nephropathy: This study demonstrated that the co-administration of GnP10 or GnP50 and CDDP increased alanine transaminase (ALT) and induced liver damage; the co-administration of GnP10 or GnP50 and 5-ASA caused liver and kidney damage; the co-administration of GnP10 and PQ increased the blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and induced renal damage, but not liver damage.
