It is known that P53 is an important oncogene and plays an important role in the P53 signaling pathway to inhibit tumor development; downregulation of the P53 gene in Fnevs-treated colon cancer cells promoted their proliferation, migration, and invasion ability, while inhibiting the expression of the downstream apoptosis-promoting Bax gene. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and malignant colon neoplasm.
