After adjusting for age, sex, education, marital status, income status, smoking, drinking, physical exercise, diet, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, uric acid, homocysteine, WBC and hs-CRP, high temperature, noise, and shifts, we found a nonlinear positive relationship between CVAI and CAS risk (p nonlinear < 0.05).
