We predict that Flywch1 might interact with Foxp3, Mef2c, and Serpine1 and induce NAFLD progression through inflammatory bowel disease, cGMP–PKG signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, AGE–RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, HIF-1 signaling pathway, and p53 signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene RENBP and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
