The Western blot results for the signaling pathway proteins indicated that the TLR4, MyD88, and NF-κB levels increased significantly in the striatum by 78.4%, 75.8%, and 91.6%, respectively, in the PD mice (p < 0.05, p < 0.001, p < 0.01, respectively), whereas these levels declined significantly by 45.4%, 44.1%, and 45.9% in the MPTP + NaB mice (p < 0.05, p < 0.001, p < 0.01, respectively) (Figure 7I–L). This evidence concerns the gene MYD88 and Parkinson disease.
