The haplotype analysis revealed that the ACTATGG haplotype (p = 0.032; OR = 2.84; 95% CI: 1.06–7.64) for BsmI, ApaI, TaqI, CYP27B1 (rs4646536), CYP27B1 (rs703842), CYP27B1 (rs3782130), CYP27B1 (rs10877012) was associated with a higher risk of asthma. This evidence concerns the gene CYP27B1 and asthma.
