Recently, Albalawi et al. (2021) reported that following the treatment of the Ehrlich solid tumor-bearing mice with 10-HDA at doses of 2.5 and 5 mg/kg, especially in combination with cyclophosphamide, the expression levels of the caspase-3 and Bax genes were markedly increased in the tumor tissues in the mice. This evidence concerns the gene BAX and neoplasm.
