COMBI-AD is a phase three randomized controlled trial that randomized 870 patients with BRAF-mutant resected stage III melanoma (with lymph node metastases > 1 mm for stage IIIA) to receive the combination of BRAF inhibitor dabrafenib 150 mg bid and MEK inhibitor trametinib 2 mg daily vs. placebo [123,124].
