Likewise, dogs with coccidioidomycosis produced higher concentrations of TNF-α (p < 0.0001), IL-6 (p < 0.0001), GM-CSF (p = 0.03), IL-8 (p = 0.02), IFN-γ (p = 0.03), KC-like (p = 0.01), MCP-1 (p = 0.01), and IL-10 (p = 0.0004) with coccidioidal stimulation compared with unstimulated control (Table 3).
