The results of a univariate analysis are shown in Table 2, which showed that age, male sex, diabetes, hypertension, preoperative acute liver failure, hematocrit, preoperative TP, preoperative serum albumin, uric acid, preoperative BUN, eGFR, sCr, preoperative D-dimer, preoperative TNI, preoperative malperfusion syndromes, preoperative renal malperfusion, intraoperative PRBC transfusion, CPB duration, aortic occlusion time, operative time, minimum rhinopharyngeal temperature, minimum rectal temperature, and reoperation for bleeding were significantly correlated with postoperative AKI. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and acute kidney injury.
