Our results indicated that M. hiemalis BO-1 infection triggers the POD enzyme level of B. odoriphaga. The SOD, CAT, and GST enzymes increased significantly at 12 to 24 h after infection (Figure 3), which indicated the importance of these enzymes in the defense against the oxidative stress caused by entomopathogenic fungi infection. The gene discussed is CAT; the disease is fungal infectious disease.
