Among the proteins not described as HMGA2 interaction partners in previous co-IP studies [29,48] but repeatedly detected in our BPL assays, independent of the biotin ligase employed (BioID2 or miniTurbo), was PARP1, which we had previously identified as a new HMGA2 interaction partner in human breast cancer cells [41].
