MeRIP-seq and RNA-sequencing revealed four genes, WD- repeat domain 72 (WDR72), spectrin beta, non-erythrocytic 2 (SPTBN2), microrchidia 2 (MORC2), and prostate androgen-regulated mucin-like protein 1 (PARM1), which could predict the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancers [173]. This evidence concerns the gene MORC2 and colorectal cancer.
