In addition, although they did not meet the p-value < 0.05 threshold, reticulon-4 (RTN, p-value = 0.064) and UV excision repair protein RAD23 homolog (RAD23B, p-value = 0.093) also showed negative correlations with invasive BC patient survival, where the higher exosome abundances of RTN and RAD23B were correlated with higher gene expression and worse survival rates in invasive BC patients (Figure S3).
