Conversely, a superficial pattern (namely, HER2 expression in superficial urothelial cells only) was reported more often in patients with mild dysplasia (26/58, 45%) compared to moderate dysplasia (10/58, 17%), normal urothelium in absence of previous BC neoplasms (5/58, 9%), and CIS (3/58, 5%) (Figure 1).
