The results showed that MKI67, TPX2, CDK1, CCNB2, UBE2C, CCNA2, CCNB1, BUB1B, CENPF, and RRM2 were overexpressed consistently in the TCGA-PRAD 568 samples by utilizing gene expression RNAseq–IlluminaHiSeq with a max of log2 (norm_count + 1) = 10.4 and min of log2 (norm_count + 1) = 2.65. The gene discussed is CCNA2; the disease is prostate adenocarcinoma.
