The results demonstrated in box whisker plots that three up-regulated (NCAPG, MKI67, and CCNA2) and two down-regulated (CDK1, UBE2C) genes were significantly higher in PCa samples in patients aged 60–80 years compared with patients aged 41–60 years (p-value < 0.05) (Figure S2). The gene discussed is CCNA2; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
