Next, we explored the immune landscape using different algorithms, and found that the ZNF385A and ZNF346 level had a strong positive correlation with immunosuppressive cells including M2 macrophages, regulatory T cells (Tregs), myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), and cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) (Figure 6C,D), and most markers of them in HCC (Table 1). Here, ZNF346 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
