First of all, we noted that ZNF385A and ZNF346 were more highly expressed and had higher hazard ratios (HRs) in HBV-infected HCC patients compared to those that were not infected with HBV (Figures S2 and S5), indicating that the two were along with the inflammatory process caused by HBV infection. The gene discussed is ZNF346; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
