Previous studies suggested that kynurenic acid regulated the immune response in melanoma via the interaction with IL-10, IL-7, and TNF receptor superfamily member 12A (TNFRSF12A) [56,57,58], whereas anthranilic acid might regulate the Th1/Th2 regulatory conversion by interaction with the IL-12-related and the Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathways [58].
